LBA (Location Based Ads):

1. LBA is used to pinpoint consumers location & and to provide location-specific advertisements on their mobile device.

2. Client can choose specific locations such as ‘’Malls, University, clubs,….etc.

3. Consumers must send /receive calls or SMS to receive the campaign.

4. LBA can cover any location in EGYPT, if you have any unknown locations, you can send google Maps URL or coordinates.

LBA operational Instructions:

1. Sender Name : maximum 11 Characters

2. Send LBA SMS request on Tuesday by maximum 3:30pm to reserve the upcoming Week day.

3. SMS limits o be sent in only 2 SMSs. (134 character for Arabic script & 306 characters for English script).

4. Kindly Reduce any amendments and no amendment can be done while weekends or after working hours.

5. 1 message is 134 characters, and any Received campaign has more than 134 characters will be considered as double charges.

6. Report can be requested after campaign's ending time by 48h hours on same thread.

7. Kindly reduce special characters on SMS content as much as can.

SLA for MA & LBA Campaigns:

1. SLA For MA & LBA (Etisalat & Orange) Campaign 2-3 Working Days Before The Start Date Of Campaign.

2. SLA for LBA Campaign Vodafone - The Next week campaigns Should be sent every Tuesday.
